Electrical Business Unit Leader

This full-time position is available in our electrical department.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team of electricians and contribute to the overall success of the business unit.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of skilled electricians to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives
  • Coordinating and supervising electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations
  • Managing budgets and resources to maximize efficiency and profitability
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and grow the electrical department

Key requirements for this role include:

  • 1+ years of experience in an electrical trade or related field
  • Current Queensland Electrical Fitter Mechanic Licence
  • Current CPR/LVR and Blue/White Construction Card
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Hours of work are 8 hours per shift, Monday to Friday, with no weekends required. A reliable commute or relocation to Brisbane QLD is essential.
