Job Title: SAP Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to join our Project Delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the execution of SAP projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project planning, tracking, and oversight to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget
  • Installation schedule and timeline management, resulting in on-time and on-budget delivery to clients
  • Management of project consultants to ensure client expectations and agreed deliverables are met
  • Effective document control system management, including project hand-over, administration, documentation, customer support, and project closures
  • Regular internal project progress reporting
  • Liaising and negotiating with clients and BPOs regarding contractual requirements
  • Clear and professional communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Development and improvement of project delivery processes and procedures
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, with a minimum of five years in delivering medium-scale, complex IT projects
  • SAP experience required, or proven experience with ERP implementations in a dynamic SME environment
  • Demonstrated experience in project planning, tracking, and oversight to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget
  • Experience working with productivity and methodology tools to increase project efficiency and effectiveness
  • Experience with techniques and approaches related to project architecture, development, integration, and deployment
  • Exemplary communication, time-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills to interact with stakeholders
  • Good human relations and leadership skills to train, guide, motivate, and mentor project personnel
