Experienced Project Manager for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Implementation

Rizing, a leading provider of SAP consulting and implementation services, is expanding its Professional Services team.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team, responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of assigned projects.

The successful candidate will ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments, goals, and adherence to budget, quality standards, and project management best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead single module to mid-size SAP HCM and SuccessFactors software implementation projects for customers.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for customer projects.
  • Create and manage project plans.
  • Manage project resources, staffing, and budgets.
  • Monitor and identify project issues early-on to mitigate risk for the client.
  • Align schedules between company and customer.
  • Coordinate with HCM PMO team to set up project tools and prepare clients and project teams for project kickoff.
  • Track and manage project progress in terms of scope, budget, and timelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or Business.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project management processes and tools.
  • PMP certification required within 18 months of beginning Project Management role.
  • Hands-on experience leading software implementation projects as part of the Project Management team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • PMP, Prince2, Agile, and/or SCRUM Certification.
  • Experience working in several projects simultaneously.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
