The opportunity

  • You'll work in a store, interacting with customers to provide individual recommendations for health and wellbeing products, showcasing their value and benefits for easy decision making.
  • You'll develop relationships that promote our brand and products, leading to new member acquisitions.

Your responsibilities

  • Assist existing members in their day-to-day transactions.
  • Ensure customers understand the full value of their health insurance product.
  • Provide solutions to identified concerns or needs.
  • Educate members on all the benefits they can access.
