**The role**
The Customer Solution Product Specialist Lead is a customer facing role which will assist in pre-sales and sales activities to understand their complete requirements including solution architecture, hosting, security and implementation. This role will ensure the smooth transition of the full solution to the implementation team.
**Key accountabilities include**:
- Gaining an in depth understanding of the client's operational/business processes to be able to recommend the solution to best meet our customer needs
- Understanding of all the components of our offering across the Hospitals and Connected Health group
- Striving for customer satisfaction through excellence in service provided
- Working closely with team members and internal departments (BD team, Product Development & Testing, Deployment & Support and Training) to achieve the best outcome for customers
- Working closely with all team members in maintaining existing product and solution documentation and the development of new documentation
- Working with the implementation teams, guiding them and helping to work through blockers
- Collaborating with related technology teams to ensure that there is a good alignment between platform and innovation
- Able to bring and develop an active understanding of the implications of technology adoption and be able to articulate this to a variety of stakeholders
**What You'll Bring**
- Experience in health system integration and strong understanding of best practice integration, data and security implementation
- Ability to provide technical leadership and negotiate outcomes with technical, business and SME stakeholders
- Ability to identify, analyse and evaluate key issues, formulate options and recommendations relating to complex problems
- Excellent communication skills and technical writing skills with the ability to produce high quality written documentation and ability to articulate information clearly via meetings, presentations and workshops. Also be able to communicate solution designs to various project stakeholders, e.g. Project manager, developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure sound understanding of the solution
- Demonstrated experience in providing solution design services
- Demonstrated initiative and leadership with regard the identification and prioritisation of appropriate bodies of work
- Experience influencing senior executives and industry stakeholders - internal and external.
- Tertiary qualifications in any clinical or technology discipline
- Highly regarded: Certified Health Informatician Australasia Preference for health management tertiary qualification
