The Role
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Lead Clinical Supervisor to join our team.
The successful candidate will provide expert clinical supervision and mentoring to staff, guiding clinical governance processes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality professional therapeutic interventions, case management, and/or dispute resolution services.
This is a leadership role that requires strong clinical skills, exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively within a team while also functioning independently.
About the Ideal Candidate- A highly skilled and experienced Senior Practitioner with significant high-level experience in therapeutic interventions, case management, or dispute resolution services.
- Demonstrated experience in providing clinical supervision and mentoring, preferably in relevant settings.
- Proven ability in complex case management, risk assessment, ethical decision-making, and applying trauma-informed approaches.
- Strong clinical leadership potential and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will be able to lead by example, motivate staff, and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
They will have a strong understanding of clinical governance principles and be able to apply them effectively in a fast-paced environment.
In addition, the successful candidate will be able to communicate complex information effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
