Lead Clinical Speech Pathologist Position

We are seeking skilled speech pathologists to work in a variety of clinics across Tasmania, offering part-time and full-time roles. As a senior speech pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work with babies to aged care clients.

About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity for experienced speech pathologists to lead our clinical team and deliver high-quality services.
  • You will be working closely with other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. To provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders in children and adults.
  2. To lead and manage a team of speech pathologists to ensure delivery of high-quality services.
  3. To collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement integrated care plans.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Therapy and current membership with SPA is essential.
  • Experience in working with children and/or disability and confidence in your role with children and their parents.
  • Exceptional communication and inter-personal skills, to support a culturally diverse environment.
