Electrification Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrification Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our retail business, focusing on delivering innovative business capabilities that enable home electrification products.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Define and document customer experience, business processes, and requirements for supplying, installing, managing, and supporting electrification assets in households.
    • Translate requirements into features, epics, and user stories, maintain a prioritised backlog, and guide development teams through agile ceremonies.
    • Partner with journey owners, product managers, and other transformation teams to ensure electrification is seamlessly embedded into broader plans.
    • Build awareness, support, and readiness across business units for new technology solutions and ways of working.
    • Mentor and share knowledge within product management and electrification networks to strengthen capability and expertise.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of electrification products and business operations for sales and fulfilment.
  • Previous experience in dynamic/program environments and ability to work effectively with delivery partners.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools, ensuring effective backlog management and sprint planning.
