Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for our teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating daily site operations, tracking assets, and working with contractors to resolve issues.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilities Management: Support our Facilities Manager in maintaining our sites, ensuring they are safe, functional, and welcoming.
  • Asset Tracking: Carry out regular asset audits and maintain accurate records.
  • Contractor Management: Work with external vendors to resolve maintenance and repair issues.
  • System Administration: Manage tools like MyBuildings and Smart-Fleet to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Procurement and Supplies: Oversee procurement requests and manage supplies to avoid stockouts.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Cert IV/Diploma in Business or similar (or relevant experience)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in property or residential services (not essential)
