About the Role

We are seeking a talented Learning and Development Specialist to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on organisational compliance and develop a learning culture.

The role offers a competitive salary + tax reducing salary package and a maximum term of 12 months.

Location: Box Hill | Hybrid Model.

The successful candidate will have experience designing, developing and delivering custom training materials, and will be skilled in using eLearning authoring tools to build blended learning solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various learning theories, instructional design models and adult learning principles, and will be able to partner with key stakeholders to design and deliver a learning strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and deliver custom training materials.
  • Use of eLearning authoring tools to build blended learning solutions (articulate Rise desirable).
  • Collaborate with SMEs to develop training materials and storyboards.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to design and deliver a learning strategy to improve organisational compliance and develop a learning culture.
  • Facilitate training and team workshops (face to face and via Teams).
  • Travel across Victoria as required to facilitate training.
  • Facilitate Train the Trainer as required.
  • Build stakeholder relationships to understand business needs and proactively offer training and learning solutions and support.

About You

  • You should have practical experience designing, developing and delivering learning and development initiatives.
  • A proven ability in project delivery, project management, change management and stakeholder management would be beneficial.
  • You should be skilled in designing and delivering blended learning solutions.
  • Experience building strong stakeholder relationships and collaborating with subject matter experts would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, multimedia software and other L&D technology platforms is desired.
  • An innovative thinker and problem solver, driven to deliver and achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, influencing and facilitation skills are essential.
  • Great collaborator with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
