Job Overview

A professional and experienced Training Instructor is sought to deliver training programs, develop materials, and assess performance.


  • This role requires expertise in delivering compliance and technical training needs on schedule.
  • The ideal candidate will maintain relevance and currency of training materials according to quality standards.

The successful applicant will work closely with our Training Coordinator and Training Specialists to maximize efficiency of class time, ensure all training reports are loaded into the Learning Management System (LMS), and implement competency-based training assessments.


Requirements
  • A relevant tertiary qualification is preferred, with a Cert IV in Training & Assessment being essential.
  • Licensed on Type – A320 and/or B787.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as an instructor is desired.
