Virtual Training Presenter

We are looking for an engaging and dynamic individual to deliver high-quality online training sessions from a dedicated studio.

  • Deliver engaging and interactive live virtual training sessions on various topics related to business, processes, systems, and customer service.
  • Utilise virtual training platforms effectively to create a positive and participative learning experience.
  • Present training content clearly, concisely, and enthusiastically, adapting your style to suit different learning needs.
  • Facilitate discussions, Q&A sessions, and interactive activities to reinforce learning.
  • Work collaboratively with the Learning and Development team to understand training needs and content.
  • Provide constructive feedback to participants as needed.
  • Ensure all training materials and the virtual learning environment are well-prepared for each session.
  • Keep up-to-date with any changes to company policies, procedures, and systems to ensure training accuracy.
  • Potentially contribute to the development and updating of training materials.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and interactive live virtual training sessions.
  • Present training content clearly and enthusiastically.
  • Facilitate discussions and Q&A sessions.
  • Work collaboratively with the Learning and Development team.
  • Provide constructive feedback to participants.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in delivering training, ideally in a virtual setting.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms and related technology.
  • Ability to explain information clearly and adapt to different audiences.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
