Job Title: Contracts Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team at Skilled Jobs Australia in Regency Park, South Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with Project Managers, Designers, and Engineering Professionals to ensure the smooth execution of projects.

This role involves:

  • Developing, reviewing, and evaluating project contracts and variations
  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving problems regarding programs, projects, and services
  • Managing paperwork associated with tenders, programs, projects, and services
  • Advising senior management on matters requiring attention and implementing their decisions
  • Preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the organisation's activities

You will need:

  • A minimum of AQF diploma in a project or business-related qualification, with at least 2 years of experience working in a similar position
  • Excellent analytical and math skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven commercial acumen and excellent time management skills
  • Ability to understand technical drawings and requirements

Our company offers a competitive salary range of $72,000-$80,000 per annum + superannuation, depending on your skills, experience, and qualifications.
