We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Representative to join our team. As a key member of our dental practice, you will be the first point of contact for patients and play a vital role in ensuring their experience is positive and seamless.
- Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
- Book and amend appointments, answer phone calls, update patient records
- Support the practice management team with the smooth operation of the practice
- Maintain awareness of dental services and offers among patients
- Handle payments efficiently
- Maintain confidentiality while accessing sensitive information
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
