Front Desk Representative

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front Desk Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service and reception duties, ensuring a welcoming and approachable environment for guests, members, and staff.
- Performing general reception duties, maintaining presentation and approach standards.
- Assisting with stock take and other administrative tasks as required.
- Sales support, including cross-selling and approaching guests or members to discuss their needs.
- Membership understanding and requirements.
- Contributing to the cleanliness and maintenance of the gym, ensuring the gym floor and shop front are clean and well-presented.
- Reporting any maintenance issues that require attention.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong PC literacy and administration skills.
- Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
