Front Desk Representative

Delivering exceptional guest experiences requires a unique blend of skills and qualities. We're seeking a Front Desk Representative who can create memorable interactions and exceed guest expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests with a warm welcome, setting the tone for a positive experience
- Processing transactions efficiently, managing bookings, and handling check-ins and check-outs
- Offering local insights and tailored recommendations to enhance the guest's stay
- Providing excellent customer service as the face of our hotel shuttle bus service
To succeed in this role, you'll need strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as basic literacy and numeracy skills. You'll also require a valid Victorian driver's license and confidence driving a shuttle bus and trailer.
