About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Front Desk Representative to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to member inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including handling cash and credit transactions.
- Assist with membership sales and promotions, driving revenue growth through effective communication and engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of membership requirements and policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or concerns to management in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fitness or wellness environment.
- Strong PC literacy and administration skills, with proficiency in software applications relevant to the role.
- Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
