Client Advocate Specialist

Serve as a trusted advisor and partner for customer organizations, fostering deep relationships with account teams and maintaining awareness of key events, needs, potential risks, and value drivers.


About the Role:

This position involves acting as the single point of accountability responsible for orchestrating all deliverables, experience, and renewal for Signature customers. The successful candidate will cultivate and maintain stakeholder relationships with IT and business executive leadership, sponsors, and decision-makers within customer organizations that have purchased Signature.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Orchestrate the completion of Signature Success catalog services, providing timely proactive Salesforce feature guidance, and advising on adoption of new features while identifying potential challenges and risks.
  • Maintain awareness of key events, needs, potential risks, and value drivers, helping customers achieve their business goals and outcomes on the Salesforce platform.

Requirements:
  • Australian Citizenship is mandatory for working with Australia's Federal Government.
  • Experience in technical customer success, SaaS platform use or project leadership, technology consulting, solutions development, and/or architecture.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to communicate and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Skills for analyzing technical concepts and translating them into business terms, mapping business requirements into technical features.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience working with Government customers.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Core clouds and/or relevant platforms.
  • Salesforce product certifications are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce products, features, capabilities, best use, and deployment.
