About the Role

This key leadership position involves managing department operations to maintain high standards and efficiency. Requirements

  • A successful track record as a Perishables Manager, preferably in Freight Forwarding & Logistics.
  • Proven experience in business development, including identifying new opportunities, negotiating contracts and rates, and establishing strategic partnerships.
  • In-depth knowledge of various transportation channels in the freight industry.
  • The ability to consistently achieve and exceed KPIs and targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organisational abilities.
