About this Role:

The Senior Service Operations Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the integrity of services in a 24x7 environment, responding to critical alerts, applying technical expertise, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

A successful candidate will be able to operate as a first point of contact and assist with shift management, ensuring that all incidents are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and triage incoming alerts from multiple systems
  • Record impacts on managed services, capturing incident details clearly and accurately
  • Triage events and incidents using knowledge of network operations and process management
  • Provide support for customer queries and escalate breaches or issues to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage escalated and complex incidents to resolution

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have experience working with broadcast hardware and software, knowledge of broadcast fundamentals and electronic theory, and the ability to interpret and action alerts from network management systems.

You will also have strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience working in a high-pressure environment with large volumes of data.
