The Content Production Lead role is an exciting opportunity for experienced editors who want to take their career to the next level by leading content projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the full shoot lifecycle, from client conversations to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scope and schedule projects, ensuring timely completion and smooth workflow">
  • Collaborate with clients to develop clear project briefs and storyboards">
  • Lead internal pre-shoot briefings to ensure teams are prepared and aligned">
  • Support photographers and videographers on shoots as needed">
  • Oversee post-production, providing feedback and delivering high-quality edits to clients">
  • Step in to lead or refine edits in Premiere Pro when required">
  • Manage workflows using Asana to ensure shoot planning stays on track">
  • Maintain organized file storage for seamless collaboration between teams">

About You:

">
  • 3+ years of experience as an editor with a strong portfolio of storytelling work">
  • Experience leading or coordinating content production across all phases">
  • Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop">
  • Familiarity with Illustrator and InDesign is a plus">
  • Confident editing for social-first platforms like Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook">
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills under pressure">
  • Comfortable working directly with clients to shape their creative vision">
  • Experienced in or willing to use Asana for project management">
  • Bonus points if familiar with TVC editing and broadcast standards">
