Job Description:

The role of Creative Production Specialist involves overseeing the production of creative and multimedia assets, promotional materials, and merchandise. This includes managing external providers to ensure high-quality execution, brand consistency, and timely delivery of all materials.

Responsibilities include project and risk management, scheduling, obtaining quotes, negotiating cost-effective production of all materials, and ensuring deliverables are timely and within budget.

The specialist will also be responsible for conceptualising, planning, and delivering digital multimedia programs such as video production or podcast management and production.

Key responsibilities include serving as a liaison and coordinator with internal and external teams, briefing in design jobs, clarifying needs, obtaining approvals, and coordinating design reviews.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing KPIs to measure the effectiveness of creative, media, and digital production efforts, analysing performance data to optimise future projects.

Additionally, they will document production workflows and establish best practices for creative production processes to support scalability and operational efficiency.

Required skills and qualifications include experience in marketing or creative production, expertise in project and design management, and multimedia asset development for brand and marketing.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills, experience working with external agencies, and exceptional organisational skills are also essential.
