Job Title: Creative Director for Infrastructure Projects

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Creative Director to lead a high-performing project team delivering large-scale infrastructure developments.

The role plays a key part in overseeing design files, site surveys, and 3D models across integrated project packages.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive, fully integrated site-wide 3D model for project planning and execution.
  • Conduct thorough scoping, scenario planning, and data integrity checks for accurate design inputs.
  • Coordinate with various design disciplines for consistency and alignment across deliverables.
  • Manage and validate survey data and design inputs for construction and implementation phases.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a 3D Modeller in infrastructure or construction projects.
  • Proficiency in Navisworks and 12D design software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex data sets.
  • Prior experience in the mining or gold sector is highly desirable.
  • Australian Permanent Residency or a valid Australian Working Visa is required.
