Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated creative leader to manage one of our in-house creative teams. The team consists of diverse, multidisciplinary professionals who create a wide range of marketing materials for PC, console, and mobile games.

The Creative Leader will establish and uphold a compelling creative vision across multiple marketing projects, including user acquisition ads, social media campaigns, brand partnerships, and in-game integrations. This role involves managing a team of artists and ensuring all creative outputs meet the highest standards of quality.

Collaboration with key stakeholders, such as the Regional Director, Production Coordinator, Product Marketing Leads, and various disciplines within the studio, will be essential to success in this role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of artists and ensure high-quality creative outputs.
  • Establish and maintain a strong creative vision across multiple marketing projects.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Creative Lead or Team Leader role.
  • Proven ability to drive projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills.
  • Experience in art direction.
  • Love of risk-taking and openness to new ideas.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Pragmatism in finding solutions to overcome obstacles.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain perspective and manage priorities.
  • Performs well under pressure.
  • Passion for video games.
