Senior Creative Manager

We are seeking a seasoned leader to manage our creative team.
The role plays a pivotal part in creating marketing materials for PC, console, and mobile games.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, motivate, and mentor the team, fostering a collaborative environment where artists deliver high-quality Marketing and User Acquisition assets.
- Partner with stakeholders to establish and maintain a strong creative vision for campaigns, social media content, brand partnerships, and in-game integrations.
- Organize workflows, manage the pipeline, and adjust strategies to meet evolving project needs and deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in a Creative Lead role or Team Leader showcasing leadership in audiovisual production, marketing, or a related creative field.
They must demonstrate both creative and operational excellence, driving projects from concept to completion.
Apart from this, the successful candidate should be able to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Candidates should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Leadership experience is preferred, but not essential. The right mindset and approach can make up for it.
