Earthmoving Trainer and Assessor

Join a leading registered training organisation (RTO) providing Civil Construction courses and WorkSafe High-Risk Work licences to employees and job seekers in Victoria. We are looking for experienced and professional Construction Earthmoving Trainers and Assessors to join our team.
The role is full-time across both Werribee & Moolap campuses, with a roster that can be discussed to suit you. Training may at times be delivered off-campus.
About the Role- Deliver engaging and relevant training services (combined theory and practical activities)
- Ensure content and delivery of accredited courses meets industry standards
- Supervise students' behaviours and provide motivating training
- Maintain equipment, training venues and training aids to ensure they are serviceable, clean, tidy, and safe for operation
- Travel may be required to deliver training off-site
- Perform other general duties as required
- Professional educator with fantastic people skills and a proven civil construction & earthmoving background
- Able to multitask in a busy RTO environment
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously when required
- Ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines with excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated Earthmoving experience within the construction/civil, resources & infrastructure sectors
- Caring and collaborative work environment
- Access to digital tools and other supportive resources to ensure a positive teaching experience
