Deliver Valuable Training and Assessments

We are seeking an exceptional Trainer and Assessor to deliver valuable, job-ready and nationally recognised qualifications and vocational short courses. As a Trainer and Assessor you will conduct initial training reviews, assess learner competencies and deliver dynamic and professional training to existing and potential clients.

This is a sessional opportunity located in Geelong VIC. If you have vocational competency in First Aid and Assist with medication we would love to hear from you.

To be successful as a Trainer and Assessor you will need to be an individual with the skills and enthusiasm to provide our clients with an engaging and meaningful learning experience. You will be an excellent communicator, particularly oral and written skills. You will also be meticulously organised, have strong problem-solving ability and capacity to operate autonomously.

The following are the essential requirements:

  • Accredited Mental Health First Aid Instructor with Mental Health First Aid Australia
  • Qualifications in Mental Health First Aid and Assist with medication
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering effective training programs and conducting assessments
  • Strong administration and office management skills

You will need the following prior commencement:

  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module or willingness to obtain
  • Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
