Earthmoving & Civil Construction Training Specialist

Deliver engaging and relevant training services in Earthmoving & Civil Construction to ensure content and delivery of accredited courses meet regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise students' behaviours and provide motivating training.
- Maintain equipment and training venues to ensure they are serviceable, clean, tidy, and safe for operation.
- Travel may be required to deliver training off-site.
Requirements:
- Professional educator background.
- Excellent people skills.
- Proven civil construction and earthmoving experience.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Current industry skills as a Trainer/Assessor.
