Construction Earthmoving Trainer and Assessor

We are seeking a professional educator with experience in civil construction and earthmoving to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong people skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and relevant training and assessment services (combined theory and practical activities)
  • Ensure content and delivery of accredited courses meets industry standards
  • Supervise students' behaviours and provide motivating training
  • Maintain equipment, training venues and training aids to ensure they are serviceable, clean, tidy, and safe for operation
  • Travel may be required to deliver training off-site
About You:
  • Professional educator with experience in civil construction and earthmoving
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated solid experience as a Trainer/Assessor and hold current industry skills
Requirements:
  • Earthmoving experience within the construction/civil, resources, and infrastructure sectors
  • Be eligible to obtain a Working with Children Check Card and a Police Check
  • Australian resident
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence
