Telehealth Nurse Practitioner

 

Are you a compassionate and skilled nurse practitioner with a passion for telehealth? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner. About the Role

 

We are looking for a qualified nurse practitioner with AHPRA registration without restrictions. The ideal candidate will have experience in primary care conditions and telehealth experience is highly regarded. You will be responsible for conducting consultations with patients, including diagnosing and prescribing medication as appropriate, managing medication side effects, and providing exceptional ongoing clinical support.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Qualified health professional with AHPRA registration without restrictions
  • Passion for telehealth and primary care, with demonstrated experience in primary care conditions and telehealth experience
  • Tech-savvy, confident in navigating digital applications for clinical practice
  • Experienced decision maker, able to make timely and accurate referral decisions based on clinical expertise
  • Trustworthy and clear communicator, able to build rapport with patients and healthcare professionals
