About the Role:
- This is a full-time opportunity to lead and inspire our hospitality team.
- You will be based at Preston Hilltop Care Community, working Monday to Friday with no late nights or weekends.
We are looking for an experienced culinary leader who can create seasonal menus in consultation with residents, and ensure detailed compliance with food safety protocols.
The successful candidate will have a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and previous experience in senior chef roles.
You will oversee and manage the creation and delivery of meals and events, and work closely with our team to provide exceptional service to our residents.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement seasonal menu plans in collaboration with residents and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and best practices.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team of chefs and kitchen staff.
- Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all meals and events.
Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery.
- Previous experience as a senior chef or head chef.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
