Emergency Department Receptionist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-Time Reception Clerk to join our dynamic Emergency Department team. As a key member of our front-line support staff, you will play a vital role in welcoming and assisting individuals and families during their most vulnerable moments.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for registering and admitting Emergency Department patients in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Your exceptional data entry skills will ensure accurate and reliable information is captured in our clinical and administrative systems.
  • As a dedicated member of our administrative team, you will provide supportive assistance to our clinical teams, enabling them to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency across various software systems will facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
  • A minimum keyboard speed of 40 WPM is required for efficient data entry.
  • Previous experience in a hospital or similar healthcare setting is highly desirable but not essential.
