Pricing Manager

Role Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Pricing Manager, where you will play a key role in supporting the development of pricing strategies and initiatives.

About the Role:

In this dynamic and customer-obsessed environment, you will work closely with multiple teams across Home Buying and support functions to drive portfolio pricing optimisation, enhance credit risk-based pricing outcomes, and develop robust analytical capabilities.

You will identify and lead pricing initiatives, supported by strong collaboration and effective communication within the Pricing Team and across RBS Home Buying and support functions. Additionally, you will contribute to the pricing team's focus on developing insights and analytics, providing Pricing tool support, and enhancing reporting, governance and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of pricing strategies and initiatives;
  • Drive portfolio pricing optimisation and enhance credit risk-based pricing outcomes;
  • Identify and lead pricing initiatives;
  • Contribute to the pricing team's focus on developing insights and analytics;
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have demonstrated financial services experience in a high-performing environment within Retail Banking, Product, Risk or Finance. You should also have the ability to extract and clearly explain key insights from data analysis, and to draw actionable insights and conclusions.

Furthermore, you should possess good interpersonal skills, ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively, intellectual curiosity, and commercial acumen and professional judgement with the ability to make recommendations and draw out insights.
