
Price Strategy Developer

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the extended range pricing strategy and methodology. This involves building commercial models that balance customer value and profitability outcomes.
You will work closely with the Pricing Manager to deliver this strategic initiative, leveraging your analytical strengths to provide valuable insights on a range of pricing initiatives across the business.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the Gross Profit and EBIT performance of our business. You will operate within a cross-functional team to deliver collective OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) which ladder up to our business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the extended range pricing strategy and methodology
- Build commercial models that balance customer value and profitability outcomes
- Work closely with the Pricing Manager to deliver strategic initiatives
- Provide valuable insights on a range of pricing initiatives across the business
- Operate within a cross-functional team to deliver collective OKRs
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- At least 4 years experience in an analyst role within Pricing, Finance or similar
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, with proven ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Knowledge of Pricing principles and demonstrated experience with building and implementing commercial models
- Evidence of delivering key initiatives within a large organisation, specifically influencing and collaborating with senior-level management
- Business/Finance-related qualifications
- Exceptional communication, planning and presentation skills
- Adaptable, collaborative, high attention to detail, improvement-oriented
- A self-starter who is able to work with ambiguity, finding creative ways of doing things
- Ability to leverage Google Cloud Platform, SQL and TableAU preferred
