Job Opportunity

A leading construction company is seeking a highly experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of contracts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and company standards, and mitigating risk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and assess potential risks associated with contracts and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Cost Control: Manage all cost control for head contract claims, variations, subcontract claims, monthly cost reporting.
  • Document Control: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and related documents.
  • Dispute Resolution: Address and resolve any disputes or issues that arise during the contract lifecycle in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of contract law and regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Construction management degree or similar relevant tertiary/trade qualification.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in contracts administration with a proven track record in complex contract negotiations and management.
