We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ICT Service Manager to join our organisation.

About the Role

As an ICT Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of the IT service desk, ensuring service level agreement (SLA) reporting and monitoring, and providing efficient business administration support.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of IT service desk operations
  • Ensure timely resolution of critical incidents
  • Implement Continuous Service Improvement Initiatives
  • Develop policies and guidelines for effective service delivery

About You

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated professional who possesses a strong combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen.

  • Proven track record in IT service management
  • Deep understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
