This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced professionals to take on a new challenge with a dynamic team.

We are seeking an HVAC Service Coordinator to join our operations team in Sydney. In this key position, you will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling work for skilled technicians to ensure efficient service delivery;
  • Liaising with clients to arrange the scheduling of services and meet their needs effectively;
  • Managing purchase orders and approving invoices from scheduled jobs to maintain accurate financial records;
  • Coordinating with external contractors to complete specialized tasks when required;
  • Procuring spare parts as needed.

As an ideal candidate, you should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the HVAC industry. While prior experience in UPTICK is beneficial, it is not essential.

The successful applicant will work in a fast-paced environment, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, in Western Sydney or Sydney CBD. The salary package includes $65,000 to $85,000 per annum, plus superannuation benefits.
