We are partnering with a leading insurance brokerage in Brisbane to recruit an Account Executive. This role offers the chance to manage a diverse portfolio and develop strong relationships with clients.
The Account Executive will be responsible for:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
- Collecting and evaluating underwriting information to understand clients' risk profiles.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients and underwriters.
- Providing Risk Management advice and comprehensive insurance knowledge.
- Delivering outstanding service to all clients.
- Supporting and driving new business opportunities.
- Staying informed on industry trends.
Key qualifications and skills include:
- Tier 1 qualification in insurance broking or higher.
- Minimum 3 years in a broking role, with exposure to BizPack, General Lines, Construction desired but not essential.
- Knowledge of compliance processes and willingness to adhere to standards.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A drive for continuous learning and development.
