Support Our Insurance Team

We are looking for candidates with experience in general insurance who have a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

This is a key role that forms part of our local insurance team supporting clients across QLD, NSW and VIC.

The ideal candidate will be able to work from home and our office, providing flexibility and autonomy in their daily tasks.

About the Role

Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks including providing administration support to our brokers, engaging with clients through phone calls, emails and face-to-face meetings.

You will also participate in insurance policy activities such as drafting quotations, endorsements and certificates of currency.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide administration support to our Account Brokers regarding client insurance needs
  • Engage in communication with clients to support their insurance requirements
  • Participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities
  • Prepare and lodge insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with brokers, underwriters and client managers
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to our clients

Requirements :

  • Experience supporting senior brokers with client accounts
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Client service, underwriting or claims experience highly regarded
  • General insurance products experience highly regarded
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Desire for professional development through ongoing training
