We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Automotive Finance Leader to join our team on the Sunshine Coast.

As the Finance Manager, you will mentor and lead a team of Business Managers across multiple locations. This senior leadership role requires strong management capabilities to ensure key performance indicators are met and customer satisfaction outcomes are achieved.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a successful team of Automotive Business Managers.
  • Passionate about Automotive Finance and delivering results.
  • Outstanding leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to lead and teach by example.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional time management skills.
  • Era, FinanceConnect and LeadDriver experience is highly regarded but not essential.
  • The successful applicant must be located or prepared to relocate to the Sunshine Coast.
Your Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor and motivate a team of Business Managers to achieve KPIs for finance and insurance sales.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize finance conversion rates and increase product sales.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs.
  • Continual training and development of the team to ensure they meet and exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal staff and business partners.
  • Implement and maintain policies and practices.
  • Work closely with Sales teams and Management to ensure F&I processes are integrated and followed.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold high ethical standards in all finance and insurance transactions.
  • Champion a customer-first approach, ensuring a seamless and transparent finance experience for buyers.
  • Assist in the training and development of Trainee Business Managers.
