Senior Scheduler - Custom Homes

The position of Senior Scheduler is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team. As a Senior Scheduler, you will be responsible for managing the schedule from contract signing through to handover, working closely with Site Supervisors on homes up to $5M.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing project schedules to meet business objectives
  • Collaborating with the Project Management Team to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Managing and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve project milestones
  • Providing regular updates to the Project Management Team on project progress and any issues that may impact the schedule

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple custom projects simultaneously. If you have experience as a Scheduler in residential construction (project or custom), proficiency with construction software, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Scheduler in residential construction (project or custom)
