About the roleRETCo is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to join our team in our Maddington, WA office.
This full-time position is a key role within our busy operations, responsible for developing and optimising efficient work schedules to support the business' strategic objectives.What you'll be doingDeveloping and maintaining comprehensive work schedules for our fleet of heavy VehiclesAnalysing project requirements and allocating resources effectively to meet deadlines and optimise productivityCommunicating schedules to project managers, operators and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordinationMonitoring schedule performance and making adjustments as needed to address unexpected changes or challengesIdentifying opportunities to improve scheduling processes and implement innovative solutionsCollaborating with other departments to provide scheduling data and support business planningEnsuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations including WAHVAWhat we're looking forSignificant experience (5+ years) in a scheduling role within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industryExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively at all levelsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detailProficient in using scheduling software and other productivity toolsFlexible and adaptable, with the capacity to work well under pressureWhat we offerAt RETCo, we pride ourselves on providing a supportive and collaborative work environment where our employees can thrive.
