Job Title: Community Operations Leader

This is a newly created position to support the continued growth and development of our home care service.

The Role:
  • Provide daily motivation, guidance, and direction to office and field-based teams.
  • Build excellent working relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Ensure high-quality care is delivered to all homecare clients.
  • Provide high-level customer service support.
  • Support staff and clients with any concerns or complaint resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to drive and improve service delivery.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience within a similar position in community homecare.
  • Experience with leadership of scheduling and field-based staff.
