About the Role

This is a permanent position that will expose you to a diverse range of patient conditions and caseloads.

  • Key responsibilities include assessment and diagnosis of communication disorders, as well as design, implementation, and evaluation of low-tech and high-tech communication devices.
  • You will develop, implement, monitor, and review treatment plans, and assess and manage swallowing difficulties in patients.
  • Furthermore, you will provide education to clients, families, the community, and other practitioners or staff members.
Benefits and Salary

The successful candidate can expect a generous base salary of $120,000 per annum, plus a travel allowance and superannuation benefits.

  • In addition to the competitive salary package, you will receive ongoing support and mentoring from a committed and professional Speech Pathology Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must hold a degree in Speech Pathology and be registered with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) organization.

  • A proven track record of excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as clear report writing abilities, is essential.
  • Applicants must also possess a current Working With Children Check and National Police Check, as well as a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • New graduates with good clinical experience are welcome to apply.
