Here’s a bit about the role
We are currently seeking a qualified 2IC Clinic Coordinator / Skin & Laser Therapist to join our team working in collaboration with our clinic manager. You will enhance sales performance, support operational processes, and be the point of contact for the team. Additionally, as a Senior Skin & Laser Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier treatments and services.

- A Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy highly regarded.
- Proven ability to exceed individual and clinic sales targets, both personal and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), highlighting a results-driven approach.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and positive communication skills that inspire and motivate team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficiency and excellence in clinic operations.
- While not essential, experience with medical-grade devices such as Candela Laser and Body Contouring is regarded.
