Real Therapy Solutions is a supportive **multidisciplinary **team of Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Speech Pathologists and Behaviour Support Practitioners providing a holistic therapy service across multiple clinics.

We are committed to providing high-quality, person-centered therapeutic supports to the Disability sector and we are **looking for a strong leader to support our team of therapists.**

Organise the fun theme days with your team to bring everyone together regularly and attend our company conferences. Be instrumental in building your team as you oversee recruitment and the induction of new team members to your team

**Qualifications** About You**

To be considered for this role, you will have proven** experience in a leadership and/or management role in the therapy or similar sector.**

**Your skills and experience will be backed with relevant tertiary studies in Management, Allied Health and/or a related field.**

It is imperative that you possess **strong communication and interpersonal skills and have a people-focused leadership style where making a difference is your passion.** You should be a team player who is able to **collaborate** with the wider Real Therapy Solutions team and maintain positive relationships with people throughout the business. You will be **innovative and inspirational** with the ability to provide **support **through effective **leading,** **mentoring and coaching** whilst promoting a **positive work environment**.

You are **highly organised** with **vision for future growth**, a passion to **grow and learn**; and the ability to not only **effectively adapt, but manage others through organisational change**.
