Sales Leader

As a leader in retail, you will be responsible for driving sales and growth in our liquor stores. Your primary focus will be on creating an exceptional customer experience by developing a team of skilled staff who are passionate about delivering outstanding service.
About the RoleThis is a key leadership position that requires a high level of expertise and experience in managing fast-paced retail environments. You will work closely with the store manager to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
Your Key Responsibilities- Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is always well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Create a welcoming store environment that encourages customers to stay and engage with our products.
- Lead by example and motivate your team to provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist the store manager with administrative tasks such as payroll, rostering and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Proven track record of success in retail or hospitality management roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
- RSA certification (or willing to obtain one if you don't).
