Operations and Sales Leader

Our business is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Operations and Sales Leader.
The ideal candidate will possess strong operations management, solution sales ability and leadership skills. They will be responsible for leading a team to achieve sales, service, inventory and profit targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the team to achieve sales, service, inventory and profit targets.
- Develop business and foster a sales environment that keeps customers coming back.
- Work and deliver on the company's strategy and business plans.
- Continuously develop skills and capabilities of the team.
- Deliver excellent customer service in a professional and timely manner.
- Be a proactive and engaging leader.
- Timely and accurate management reporting across varied products, pricing, volumes, profit, forecasting etc.
- Maintain insight and awareness of competitors and be competitive in offering services to customers aligned with market intelligence.
About You:
This role requires a self-motivated and engaging leader with a solution-oriented approach. The successful candidate will have a sharp business sense in driving the profitability of the business and a passion and energy to provide the best possible service levels to clients.
