Richmond Accounting Role for Client Services Officer

Located in the heart of Richmond, this role presents an exceptional opportunity for a Client Services Officer to join a dynamic and modern Accounting practice.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Liaising with clients, the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC)
- Scheduling client appointments and responding to client enquiries
- Preparing client correspondence, including letters to the ATO
- Maintaining and updating software systems with client information
- Preparing and lodging ASIC forms
- Collating financial statements and tax returns
- Preparing letters associated with these documents
- Coordinating workflow and actively monitoring compliance deadlines for clients to ensure lodgements and payments are made on time
- Ensuring client review meetings are scheduled and completed
Key qualifications for this role include previous work experience within an Accounting practice, previous ASIC experience, and proficiency in technology. Additionally, excellent attention to detail is essential.
