Position Description

Reporting directly into the Financial Controller, you will be the key contact for the AP & AR function for one particular business unit within a rapidly growing construction group, and you will assist across the broader financial responsibilities of the business. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Generate & manage the customer invoicing process
  • End to end AP & AR
  • Generate monthly statements
  • Management of relationships with customers
  • Reconciliations of accounts
  • Financial reporting and record keeping
  • Assist the finance team with ad hoc tasks as required

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 + superannuation
  • Location: Richmond | 1 day WFH
  • Direct access to great leadership

Ideal Candidate

The successful applicant will have the following attributes:

  • Prior experience in a similar role
  • Xero accounting experience advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent attitude with a keen desire to grow in your role
  • Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail with an ability to prioritise own work
  • A positive upbeat attitude and excellent time management skills
